Once the the expenses are factored in, Khan will pretty much be fighting for free. A lot of risk with no reward. Wouldn't blame him if he pulled out. As for the undercard falling apart, as inexperienced as team Khan are they had little to do with it as Hatton promotions were in charge of it.

If hes lost money on the promotion, then its lost, and calling the fight off wont change that. He'll lose a lot of kudos if he does that.

I heard its on sky sports now anyways

McCloskey will give him a hard nights work, trust me

He will not end up with nothing ffs!

The fights done well at the gate, HBO are paying a decent amount and Sky will pay a fair bit and that doesn't include things like advertising.

It's Team Khan's fault for thinking they could put this show on themselves and then having to sub-contract Hatton to put on the undercard. And you can't blame the Hatton's for the undercard...they originally had Crolla-Rees and Maklin-Gevor.

I don't even know why there is a 'Khan Promotions', let Golden Boy handle everything - they know what they're doing.

    :rofl:rofl

Sky can do whatever the **** they like...what's Khan going to do move to ITV? :rofl. They don't want to touch boxing.

And let's be honest, if Khan had a proper, top 10 opponent in place this fight would still have being on PPV. Sky don't really need Khan - Haye is their big PPV seller. Khan's PPV record is allegedly a bit ****.

Yeah, he can **** off to the US and fight for good money but it'll have to be in half empty arenas :deal.

What a massive balls-up this is turning into.

Even if he's not making as much out of the fight as he thought he would, Khan should still go ahead - the blow to his reputation if he pulled out would be massive, i'd imagine.

I thought Golden Boy and HBO were financially not involved in this this home coming fight. I guess a little bad luck in this as well. But yes I agree, let the professionals do their job and after this, Khan should look into making some changes to his amateur team.

After this mess I don't see Khan fighting in the UK for the near future unless he brings over a big name over here.

If Khan ever does fight Floyd he might be willing to travel here, that fight would sell really well, otherwise don't see any other fighter coming over here.

When moves upto 147 a good domestic clash with Kell Brook would be a decent fight first fight at the weight, let's see what happens.

Because he's good at self-promotion (ie: chasing Ukranian types around shopping centres with a camera).

And he has an eye for the main chance (ie: signing to fight an 8ft version of Sloth from the Goonies).

I swear to God, the amount of people ("normies", who equate the word jab with something they get down at the Doctors) who laughed at me when I said he would beat Valuev, well you wouldn't believe it.
