I've seen this movie before. We're never seeing Khan vs. Brook, just like we never got the Hatton vs. Witter fight, even long after it had been devalued. At some point it becomes a matter of pride for the "bigger name" guy (Hatton/Khan) to do the one thing he can to most spite his domestic arch-rival - never giving him the satisfaction of even a slim chance of beating him in the ring.
