Because this is boxing and logic is sometimes missing in boxing.

I'm guessing yes, but it'll take months to sort out.

of course that should be a NC. also we should give Khan some props. He was taking shots for 12 rounds from a roided up fighter and never went down. I feel like Khan won that fight or at least a draw.

I think we need to start dismissing the china chin comments for Khan now.

well did he test positive in the pre or post fight tests for that fight

how does testing positive for the rematch over turn the first fight????

i dont get the logic but ok

anyway Khan has a lot to learn from the first fight just because legal action may make us forget about it he shouldnt because he showed lots of problems in that fight

unless that was a fluke he can be in some serious trouble the next time he faces a guy who will get inside like that

Peterson himself admitted that he took this **** before the first khan fight.. he never disclosed this at the time to the boxing authorities.. a NC is a no brainer

Yup. And that is why it should be ruled a N.C.

Most probably he will cause these major commissions have common policies and according to the first Dawson-Hopkina fight and for the WBC Commission, decisions are esily overturned at least to no-decisions or no-contests.

Yes or he will/should sue Peterson for somewhere around the £250,000 mark or possibly more.

History shows us that it should defintly be a no contest...

but consistency doesn't really exist in boxing.
