Khan is showing confidence and he thinks he can take on Mayweather after beating Judah.

Lol... silly and cocky. What do you think?

I think he stands as much of a chance as Ortiz, or better. At least Khan has fast hands and some skill. Only thing going for Ortiz is he's bigger than Khan and a southpaw.

    i think Khan beats Mayweather.

Boxing is a gunny sport and whilst Mayweather is a better boxer and would beat fighters like Margorito and Cotto, where as Khan would lose to these.

I still think Khan beats Mayweather. His cuttent style would cause mayweather fits.

Especially watching how he hadles slick fighters like Mcclosky and Judah. (yes mayweather is better) but still I dont't think Mayweather beats Khan.

I think Manny Beats Khan though, however Manny stuggles with Mayweather.

    My God Boxing is Confusing....

He'll need until the end of 2012 before he's ready, and even that may prove to be too aggressive of a timeline because it doesn't allow for any setbacks.

I think he should go for it now, he has a good chance of winning, and if he lost? so what, he lost to a fighter who many regard as the best p4p fighter in the world. Khan is still young!

Although I don't agree and think floyd beats both I can really see howw you could come to this conclusion. The problem with the judh fight is that khan didn't have a chance to get tired because the fight was short. I feel he still would struggle vs mayweather in the later rounds, and could even suffer a tko.

Having said that I feel khan taking on mayweather is great for the sport and he looses nothing by taking the risk. He's expected to loose anyway.

As a Mayweather fan, I think mayweather has to fight these fights soon within the next year or so b/c he will get old, and these young guys are going to be given title god if they beat him. So, Mayweather fight them now, beat them all pac, khan and whoever else, then retire. He has made enough money that he doesn't have to fight anymore and concentrate on Mayweather Promotions. Build it and show fighters how to make money.

I think floyd messed up by taking all those lay-offs but im not sure untill I have seen him fight vs ortiz, if he is as good as he was vs mosley then its pretty impressive for me.

Olympic medallist, 6 years a pro, unified champ and planning a fight or two before, why wouldn't Khan be ready for Mayweather come 2012?

Are we now gonna trash fighters for wanting the best you dumb noob?

how do you consider Floyd messing up? I can understand the lack of motivation to get back in camp after cashing $40 million paydays.
He's preserved his body and it's allowing for a longer career, if he so chooses.

Well I think he is wasting his time with those lay offs, I dont think its smart for any fighter to do so in your mid 30's.
Same as going up and down in weight in 30's isnt smart either, but floyd always seems in excellent shape so thats good.
I just hope his legs arent gone when he enters the ring in september.
I think the best thing to do is fighting 2 times a year at this point for him.
