Not quite. A "Freshie" is an asian bloke who, until recently, lived in India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh" as in "Fresh" off the plane.

An "Innit" is a British born asian bloke who thinks he's black because he's not white and ends all sentences with "Innit". (Although with the evolution of language, this has changed to "Bruv" in many instances although the name "Innit" stands.)

 

That would be classified as xenophobia and not racism, Mr "I'm the most intelligence person on the forum" (sic).
