Giving Khan the credit he deserves..
Amir King Khan, 5'8.5, now a welterweight hails from Great Britain.
He respects other cultures whilst remaining patriotic. An Olympic Silver Medalist at just age 17, he had dominated en route to the Olympic final, having stopped 2 of his 4 opponents which include the likes of the elite Stilianov, Jong-sub and Yeleuov before losing to one of the GOAT's Mario Kindelan in a closely fought contest.

Thereafter he turned pro, aiming to wave the flag for European boxing and South Asia.

He was steamrolling through his opposition until he lost to Breidis Prescott by brutal knockout. Amir had two options:
    1. Be a real man and fight on with heart
    2. Escape from life and become demotivated

Amir had MADE HIS LEGACY as the courageous one with heart. His detractors envy his self-belief and feel stumped by the insecurities it causes them.

Amir developed momentum under trainer Freddie Roach as he completely outclassed the Ukrainian Andriy Kotelnik.

He then went on to destroy an 09' Malignaggi as he further developed in the pro ranks, then came the fight against THE POWER PUNCHER, MARCOS MAIDANA.

Maidana was a stylistic threat who had a fear factor about him due to his power, Amir knocked him down and proceeded to beat him in a gruelling but DECISIVE victory - something even the all time great Floyd Mayweather could not do in their first fight. Amir PROVED in that fight his chin wasn't as bad as predicted.

Amir then finished Zab Judah (who had a razor close fight with Matthysse) within just five rounds! Amir's speed kills.

In a farce of a fight, Amir who in the opinion of the majority, outpointed Peterson, was not awarded the decision because of the Testosterone cheat Peterson and his hat man sidekick did not allow for this.

Thereafter, he decided to give Danny Garcia a chance. He didn't have to, he could have chosen a much easier opponent, and he was outclassing Garcia until Danny landed a crispy hook. Todays Virgil-trained Khan will NOT suffer the same fate.

Khan decided to fight on. You may say his chin is glass, but I say his HEART IS GRANITE :ibutt

Thereafter, Khan didn't lose since. He handily beat Devon Alexander and then beat Algieri in a competitive contest. People who don't know boxing underrated Algieri in a matchup against Khan. All of a sudden people CONVENIENTLY forget that Algieri had an even fight with the Siberian killer, Ruslan Provodnikov. Khan knew and I knew that it was going to be a tough fight, yet he was victorious.

Khan is a VERY GOOD pure boxer, the fastest hands in boxing today, the greatest HEART in boxing.

He is THE MAN to pose a threat to Mayweather. Look at the odds he fought against as a result of his chin not being so great, yet Khan pushed forward.

He may not be an all time great, but if you dislike this guy as a boxer, you are not a true boxing fan.
He may be annoying at times constantly calling out Mayweather, but those who get butt hurt over it are truly among the mental midgets.
His fights are always exciting, love him or hate him.

    Educate yourselves

Amir Khan is probably the biggest fraud in boxing today. He has probably the worst Glass Jaw I've seen on any rated fighter in over 20 years of following boxing, on a similar chin level as ATG chins Fraudley, Litzau and now Price.

He's never bothered to try and avenge his embarrassing losses, and instead insists on incessantly calling out PBF/PAC who he has absolutely no right what so ever to face.

Khan's not even a belt holder at 147, which btw is a division he moved into to avoid having a rematch with Garcia. Where as Brook is not only a title holder but beat one of the best guys in the class to get it. Porter also beat Alexander who you listed as one of Khan's best wins.

There's not doubt Amir Khan will be remembered as one of the biggest hypejobs of recent times, he never won a title at lightweight because he was brutally KO'd and forced out of the division by unknown Prescott. He then picks on shot fighters Barrera and Judah and is consistently matched up against feather fisted opposition and fighters with low KO percentages to protect his atrocious chin.

He should be getting in with Thurman and Brook, winning titles and forcing a fight with PBF when there's no one left but he won't and can't. There's a reason Khan isn't trying to fight Thurman, Brook, Porter or Garcia. It's because he knows he will get KO'd and it will be the end of him. Amir should do us all a favour and retire because he isn't going to get the PBF fight and won't fight any of the other top guys.

Amir Khan = Glass Jawed fraud.

Khan gets nothing like the credit he deserves. He has beaten alot of very high quality fighters.

    1. He's not a fraud. He's had a good career. No one is claiming he's an ATG.
    2. His chin is not the best, and YET he had a good career.
    3. Khan beat Maidana, Judah, Peterson (in reality), Alexander...he's also a good pure boxer who possesses a stylistic threat and brings pretty good money to the table. Mayweather chose Maidana (and had an even fight with him), and now he's chosen BERTO. Yet your bias ensues.
    4. Charley Burley never won a world championship.
    5. Khan moved up because he was getting weaker from trying to make 140lbs. He fought at 147lbs and felt stronger, felt a stronger punch resistance and dominated Collazo who is a very underrated fighter.
    6. Brook has only one win over Porter in a RAZOR CLOSE FIGHT. He then faced some random guy called DONUT Dan, but the same people who dislike Khan were praising Brook, and hating on Khan for choosing Algieri - a truly world class fighter.
    7. He moved up from lightweight because he was a young developing guy
    8. Judah wasn't shot - your bias knows no bounds. He had just beaten Matthysse and had a lot of confidence
    9. Barrera is not a name for the legacy, it was a career move, dumbass.
    10. You'll see, Khan will fight a good name. He wants to fight an American fighter who's known in America, hopefully it's Garcia. Thurman is a boring slow plodder, I'm not interested in a Thurman fight. Porter is exciting.

Prescott has done nothing. Garcia don't want to fight him again. He was going to rematch Peterson but he failed a drugs test remember?
