Khan dug himself a deep hole and everytime he tries to climb out of it he is going to get pushed back in... Everybody knows his weaknesses now... apart from himself LOL!
With all due respect... everyone knew Khan's weaknesses even during his ITV days... we just overlooked them lol. I don't get why all of a sudden people say Khan's been exposed.
After the Maidana fight I was never worried about his chin Now however........ And his mental attitude has shot downhill... Everybody who fights him now will either: 1. Try and throw a powerfull counter to his 1,2 combo 2. Pressure him for 12 rounds and go to the body + head
That's cos he had Ariza. After the Marcos fight Khan said that we did ALOT of S&C work during the camp. Ruben just drastically changed Khan's body type/training regime and diet; bad idea. Simply put, he ruined Ariza's 3 years of hard work. Yeah i agree with you he's in denail... contradicts himself quite alot in interviews... he acknowledges his downfalls etc but never seems to work on them. No fluidity in Khan... like a mini robot with few functions. This robot can't even fight going backwards and or when trapped near the ropes. Isn't that what you're supposed to do if you're facing a glorified boxer who fights like an amateur? Khan need's to put alot into his craft... Emmauel S should help here. I really hope Victor gets a shot at Khan... if he repeats what he did in the Andre Bertoe fight, then his career will be back on track.
here is something i mentioned on another thread which i'll just paste on here. It pretty much reiterates you're own views ''the reason why khan failed was he fell for his own hype, after the maidana fight and judah fight and to an extent when peterson got caught khans ego reach elevated levels, he brought it on himself, their was a time when i respected khan as a fighter and wanted to see him succeed but now not so much. He fights like a glorified amateur, if he had his wits about him he would have understood his style was never going to cut it at world class. i'll be surprised if he makes any big comeback on the big stage. If he was the fighter he truely believed he would never have lost to garcia or peterson. a guy whos been calling out mayweather since early 2010 should have sliced through this type of competition and not been in a life or death type situation. neither peterson or garcia are ever going to reach P4P contention. they are just average fighters''
