Khans speed and work rate should be enough. Witter liked to pose, fiddle his way through rounds and his power was a touch over rated.....That said it would be more than enough to stop Khan. Lesser fighters have had Amir in big trouble but Khans has beaten genuine world class fighters where Witter only did that maybe once.
