I'm leaning towards a Berto KO win. Berto fights in spurts so Khan would outwork him and win pretty much every round however Berto would land a big shot at some point, he's quick and he has good power and I don't see Khan taking those explosive punches and staying on his feet.
Zab is the only elite fighter with speed and power Khan fought and he's been on the decline for years. Berto is a prime athletic fighter with quick ass hands.

idk, khan is a lot sturdier than he is given credit for. I think khan wins on points, but berto will have something to prove.

No, khan was practically out of there when the first bomb landed. He was surely wobbled! What khan critics dont like to see though, is the fact that he took many bombs in round 10 from one of the hardest hitting 140lber's! I say Khan Ud, but there are several key ingredients that make this fight interesting; khan's chin, berto's stamina, berto having something to prove, and this fight happening at 147.

I don't see why gbp would put khan in there with a dangerous guy like berto anytime soon. There will be several other meaningful money fights for him.

Does he have a better chin than Ortiz? Cause Ortiz had to get up off the canvas twice to get the win.

    I'd take Berto by KO.

Berto is explosive and can "hit"..he'd definitely last the distance-On top of that Berto would find he would land on Khan more than Ortiz (a fight which he lost)...

Berto breaks the glass chin in the 10th..Berto by KO

All joking aside, if Khan makes 147 his natural weight and gets used to it then I see him taking the D easily

If Khan can keep Berto on the outside, I think there's a good chance he slices him up and outspeeds/outboxes him rather easily. To beat Khan now you need to walk through a barrage to get to him, applying constant pressure and working him over when you get within range and on the inside, which is easier said done. The only guy that beats Khan at 140-147 in a pure, straight up boxing match is Mayweather I think.

That being said we'll have a clearer picture of Khans true abilities after Peterson, who I think poses some problems for him.

Terrible style match up for Khan IMO. His defense is suspect with very little head movement. He fights straight up and can be hit.

    Berto KO late.
