Guerrero is jabbing high and plugging away with the left to the body. Medina puts up a bit of an argument with his left hook but inevitably gets backed up. Quick body shots by Guerrero. Medina pushes out his jab and flees to the ropes. Steady head and body attack from Guerrero pressing in. Several jabs by Medina in the final seconds.

Round 7

Guerrero is pushing in with his right jab. HARD left hand to the face, landing suddenly and with a crunch. Medina blinks and backs up. Weak jabs to the body by Medina. Guerrero waves his right glove out in short spirals to catch anything Medina puts out. FAST left hand lead by Guerrero, flush on the face. Medina is staying by the ropes without getting trapped on them, weakly jabbing out at Guerrero.

Round 8

Guerrero is acting as though this is light sparring, practicing combos and shadowboxing on the way in before throwing those same combos once inside against Medina's guard. Medina backs up and slaps out with a left hook, caught on the back of Guerrero's glove. Quick left hand to the top of the head by Guerrero. Left hand to the sternum, slapping right hook behind the ear by Guerrero. Medina paws out a jab and Guerrero easily slips it, then comes rubber-banding with a left hand. Body shots by Guerrero, ducking in to slip and weave while thumping away. Medina slips a jab and comes in dropping a few more body shots.
