This is the same guy that holds the magical key to beating floyd mayweather. What happened here? New Trainer, Bad Gameplan, Khan had an off night?

A tiger can't change their stripes. Khan is a warrior but people are taking things out of context.

    indeed.

Maybe we should be talking about Khan vs Thurman.

To be honest this welterweight class is kind of frustrating and makes me appreciate Miguel Cotto a lot more. Cotto never chased floyd like a little ***got, he cleared out the division to the best of his ability.

    Khan hasn't done anything
    Thurman hasn't done anything
    Brook hasn't done anything
DSG has the best streak but really could use 1 more big victory

1 of these guys need to take the initiative and clean the division up and earn that floyd fight.

I think that's why khan is so desperate for floyd.

    1. Most people don't think Khan holds any magical key to beat Floyd Mayweather.

    2. Sometimes fighters look good, sometimes they don't look so good. This includes Mayweather, Pacquiao, Cotto etc.

    3. So he wants to fight the best, that's not a bad thing. Floyd and Pacquiao are getting old, these other fighters don't have time to clean out the division and Floyd and Pacquiao don't have time to wait around for them to do so.

I would like to see Khan fight Brook, Thurman or Bradley. If he beats one of those then fight Floyd

So what you're saying is somebody has to beat Pac, JMM, Bradley, Brook, Khan and Thurman before 'earning' the Floyd fight?

Also Maidana looked awful in losing a shutout to Alexander in his 147 debut, yet went on to cause Floyd problems. Styles can make fights and fighters can improve, grow into a weight or just have some nights better than others.

But Floyd is a better boxer than Judah, Malignaggi, Kotelnik, and Alexander.

Caught between styles...Khan was still learning

Diaz came looking for the left hook all night

Round 10 or 11 Khan showed his HORRIBLE mentality by trying to trade with Julio...

    He'd never do that anymore...

    Round 4 off balance

His stamina was bad in this fight. 143 catch weight but looking big as ever....

Still alot of work needed to be done. The jab wasn't where it needed to be. The footwork was still sloppy.

Khan keeps yapping on about he is prime but in this fight he looked incredibly weak and lacking stamina.

I've been saying it for a long time Khan shouldn't be fighting past 30 years old. Nothing gets better for him...he has 2 years left to try and achieve as much as possible.
