Doesn't say much. Just thinks Khan is experienced, has ability to adjust, and overall is better than Lamont. But Lamont, being in his hometown, will be a more dangerous fighter than he's ever been so far. Also xomments on Freddy spending a couple of rounds on the mitts with Lamont. Laughs it off by saying Freddy wouldn't have learned much from it.

 

I love Washington DC. Would be great to see this fight there.

 

By all accounts DC is a shithole. I have relatives in New Orleans and that's what they tell me anyway.

 

Paulie impresses every time he does these punditry things. I'm surprised HBO haven't snapped him up.

 

Once you're outside of the city centre it's a dive, very much like Baltimore and Philadelphia. But what's in the centre, as well as Alexandria and Georgetown, is gorgeous.

New Orleans has always been a bit of a hole. Very vibrant, exciting centre with seriously dodgy outskirts. I know a few musician friends who got their gear stolen while loading into the venues.

I wonder how much of the old spirit remains...

Paulie might be a knob, but he's a good looking guy (total homo) with confidence on-screen and knowledge of the game.

 

I think that famous spirit and unique character still burns brightly. I've never been to a place like New Orleans or Naw'leans as my relatives over there call it. The music clubs, the narrow streets, just the whole gentleness and vibe. It's a walking, talking manisfestion and personification of jazz. As you can imagine it was ravaged, thankfully my relatives weren't hugely affected (beyond the lights going out and things of that nature) as most of the damage was on the east side of the city.

I haven't been since Katrina. There's not enough rebuilding that's gone on, and although they're still suffering and so many lost so much. It's hard to break that Big Easy spirit.

 

I'm not trying to enhance my dick IQ, but seeing as I'm still up, North does not ''geographically'' mean up. It doesn't. Not at all. Can it also be called vertical, can east and west be called horizontal? The **** does that post you made even mean, how can something geographical mean the same thing but in a different way geographically? What? Stop annoying me, Widdy!
