The only thing Khan needs to focus on proving, is that his defence has enhanced. Not his chin.

Yeah Vargas and Ortiz do bear a slight resemblance.

Maidana will give him a run for his oney, I am looking forward to watching this bout, now we need Bradley and Alexander to face off.. The winner of this one, and Bradley and Alexander should face each other. Hell even the losers of each one of these should face each other....Time for some good boxing :happy:good

Maidana can be outboxed! As long as Kahn sticks to his gameplan and not eat punches.

I hate trying to predict fights like this. I have no doubt that Khan is a far superior boxer and let's not forget Maidana was down 3 times against Ortiz, so I think Khan will be able to hurt him too. I also think Maidana's power is somewhat overrated. But above all of that is Khan's chin. He hasn't taken shots from a hard punching light welterweight before. Kotelnik and Salita aren't big punchers and Salita never got a chance to hit Khan. Malignaggi has always been featherfisted and had even less power than usual due to being weight drained and the damage to his hands during his career. It is of course possible that Khan's chin has improved due to moving up in weight, but Maidana hits much harder than anyone Khan has faced since Prescott.

Taking everything into account, and I'm saying this with no confidence whatsoever, Khan UD

I can't believe this fight is going to happen. Props to Khan for finally taking on a puncher.
