Khan UD. He better stick to the gameplan though. Maidana just punches too hard for Khan to go toe to toe for too long.

I have been saying that for quite sometime. Folks on here act as if Khan possesses first rate all-around skills. He doesn't. He hits reasonably hard and exhibits outstanding handpseed. He has never been excepetionally diffuclt to hit, however.

I suspect the latter will ultimately be his undoing.

 

Theres a lotta "brit pakistani asian " Amir khan fans around on the forum, they recently discovered boxing when Khan became pro and they now seem to think they have been involved in the game and bought up watching Dempsey videos

 

Khan is overrated. Maidana will destroy him.

 

If Maidana lands then its lights out though...

i think khan will look good against him, although i am a fan of maidanas brawling style. if khan beats him in style and then beats the winner of bradley alexander a lot of people (including me) will have to take there words back, ie amere con etc etc

if Amir Khan is responsible for getting more British Pakistanis,muslims or asians into boxing then that is good for the sport.

 

Problem is you don't even know who Corley sthat sums you up as a typical TV Amir khan supporter :rofl

 

Sure i dont see a problem with that.. Just a question though have you been to the Amir Khan fights held in England before ? if you have sir you would have a sound idea what type of boxing fans follow him are like.. as for the rest of the educated boxing fan being attracted because of Amir that's a good thing i agree.

 

Yeh but have you been to Kevin mitchell and John Murray fights with the handful of 'chav' fans that be present. But on the flipside there's loads of civilised fans around. I don't understand why you pinpoint the ******ed Amir Khan fans but you don't point out any other?

 

Actually i have been to a Murray fight.. the majority of fans there are not chavs there just passionate boxing fans who are relatives/friends of some of the respective fighters that behave a roudy, boxing is a working man's sport mainly.. poble with Khan fans is that they carry round Vuvuzela's and Pakistan flags and for no reason start trouble ?

I recall the time when Khan fought Cookie i was there that night and Khan fans started chanting "white Bast**ds " and then ran behind security
