Well at what weight are we talking about? If it's 122-126 then yes I would agree. At those weights he was a genuine banger one of the hardest punchers in decades p4p at that weight. At 130 he's a decent puncher, but not concussive. 135 Diaz had no trouble with Pac's power, it was the volume and speed. In fact the only time Pac has looked like a really heavy puncher above Featherweight was against Hatton who decided to serve up his nose on a platter, repeatedly walking in like a deranged lunatic.

In fact, I'd say that Pacquiao at 147 and higher is downright featherfist. His lone KO at that weight or higher was against shot Lucas M.

Pacquiao is actually heavily overrated H2H at WW. He beat Cotto, a good, but not great WW. I'd say Pac has no shot against any great WW in their prime ever.

I mean a guy like Trinidad? Are you serious? He would have torn off Pacquiao's head. Would have separated it from his body.

 

Pac has been in wars.

Dude, he fought a murderers row of great boxers with high KO%, most of them naturally bigger than him and got KO'd by jumping into a perfect (God, it was so beautiful I'm getting misty thinking about it), calculated for and practiced straight overhand right counter thrown by a fellow HOFer.

Pac was scared of Floyd`s right hand so wouldn`t throw that much and Floyd wasn`t able to land his right hand much, boring fight.
