He just says at a catch weight. I would not like to speculate too much but probably 156lbs or 157lbs if that is the case. Neither should have a major problem making that.
If this fight really is on the table for Cotto you have to see him taking it. There is a real chance he could lose to Jorge Sebastian Heiland that is a real banana skin but Amir Khan is a bigger money far easier fight in my opinion. It would be so funny to see Khan have to face Golovkin if he did manage to win somehow. That would probably be the worst knock out in the history of professional boxing.

I know Khan can be an enigma at times but Cotto is bad news for him... If khan had a solid jaw OR more power it wouldn't be too bad but he lacks them qualities in the quantities required. He can win but its one of the hardest somewhat feasible opponents out there for him just because of what he has to overcome to beat Cotto He just needs to fight Brook lol....
The way its written its more like amirs saying he'd love that fight but his teams sorting out his fight... I don't see his team allowing him to go 55lb+ can't see it happening at all
