    It probably doesn't really matter but that 6,800 calorie diet is bollocks imo. 200 grams of protein a day is equal to 800 calories so he's supoosedly getting another 6000 from carbs and fat which is way off the mark. No doubt Ariza is a great S&C conditioning coach but that diet is never 6000 calories...

    @slip

    It is really basic ABC logic but Khan was way too open to the uppercut against Maidana and Judah has one of the best in the game and he doesn't load up like Carl Froch, it is instinctive and I saw him buzz the fcuk out of Clottey when he landed it in their fight. He was too busy admiring his work to take any advantage but very briefly Clottey was 'gone'

    I just feel that Khan and his style means he will be open to a counter uppercut and I expect Judah to not let him off the hook like Maidana did if he lands it.

    Have 6/1 on Judah KO/TKO. That is after telling the whole world to jump on 8/1 but not getting on myself. FML !!

    What are you trying to say?

    That you can't lose 10lbs of weight in a week? Or running does not help that process?

    If you have low carb intake pre-training you'll burn fat quickly with aerobic exercise. Also noticed he is on cottage cheese at nights (zero carb, high protein) so he'll burn fat and maintain his muscle mass as he sleeps as well.

    10lbs of weight could be lost in a week, in water. But he wouldn't be worth **** on Saturday night if he did.

    Can't say how it effects, but stopping the 6000cals/200grams protein a day must have an effect. They have done this before so this process must work.

    But my personal view is Khan is finding it harder to make 140, and I think this fight should be the last one at this weight.

    1 - 200 grams of protein isn't a lot
    2 - 6800 cals a day is just an over exageration imo, just like his 1% bodyfat claims etc. His only direct source of fat appears to be from eggs & possibly oily fish, therefore thats almost 6000 cals supposedly coming from carbs - the equivalent of about 3 large loafs of bread a day!!! Even training as much as he does i don't beleive he creates a big enough calorie deficit to drop weight (a 500 calorie deficit is needed each day to drop 1lb of fat each week)

    as i said it doesn't really matter but comments along the lines of him ''having problems getting protein out of his system'' make zero sense.

    Khan needs to be careful in the early stages of this fight because Judah will be dangerous, i think if this goes past 6 rounds then Khan gets a late stoppage. Really hope Khan wins because Khan vs Bradley or Khan vs Maidana/Guerrero would be great.

    Judah is still 9/2 in some places. I think Khan should win but those odds are very generous.
