Amir Khan wants Brook fight

Media starting to report this fight is more or less on now.

 

I'm hearing Khan going to snub the £4m offer for Crawford as Eddie is coughing up a massive £10m for Khan to fight Brook and Khan's team looking to take Eddie's offer.

 

I can't see how anyone can say Brooks has the better career. That's baffling. Yep Khan got stuffed by Prescott.
He then came back with some decent rebuild wins and then beats a faded but decent version of Zab, Kotelnik, Paulie, Maidana (it doesn't matter he did want to fight him - he did). Nearly got sparked but he stood up to it and got a win.
Then solid fighters in Collazo, Alexander and Algeri.

Maidana and Porter about equal in terms of wins and both close.

After Porter Brooks best win is what? M Hatton, Senchenko, Gavin? Only one of them has ever held a world title at any point.
Brook has only lost to two great fighters no problem with that, the problem is he should have been in with plenty more. After Porter I was looking forward too seeing him against the best and for what ever reason that hasn't happend and going off his last performance. The clock maybe ticking on him being a top line fighter. Shame he had some great attributes. Good chin, Decent power, great timing but he wasted his best years.

Khan has undeniably had a better career. Kell Brook has only beat two world class fighters in Porter and Senchenko, whereas Khan has a number of solid, world-level operators on his record. Not saying Khan would win (though I do think he would), but his record is head and shoulders better

 

I think brook overall has been protected and also had easy win fights
Another downfall for him is he took thr ibf route with crap mandatory fighters

 

Well if rumours are correct, Brook has sacrificed even more of the ££ split at 147, WITH hydration clause WITH largest ring they can get away with! as a final push to get the fight!!

Maidana and Garcia beat Khan and the others you mention were shot ...Diaz also beat him imo and he went life and death with Algieri ,who if he could bang would have beat him too....Having said that they are all decent 'names'
