Amir Khan wants to fight Pacquiao or Mayweather in 18 Months. Why Not?

So............... you're saying they're overhyped and Khan's not??

 

khan was over hyped, everyone thought he was gods gift

but when he lost, now he is under rated:nut

its like they cant have a middle with the guy!

i suppose every boxer is either over or under rated to a certain extent. but some of the khan bashing on here is borderline of ******ness!

 

Wellllll...Bradley and Alexander have had some fights with top contenders, Khan has not. Bradley and Alexander don't have extremely fragile chins, Khan does. Bradley and Alexander are much more developed at this stage than Khan as well.

How about Khan takes on Malignaggi, Maidana, etc first? You don't just jump up from Kotelnik/Salita to Pacquiao/Mayweather like that...

And Khan really doesn't have much of a style. He's got a basic in-and-out amateur style, throws a bunch of fast punches and leaves if you hit him. Pacquiao would murder him, and so would Floyd. So would Bradley and Alexander, imo.

 

I agree with almost every word. Except borderline. And it goes far beyond just Khan.

Yup, he said the same thing after his second professional fight. They wanted Mayweather or any of the top P4P back then, including Hatton, in four rounders.

As much as I like Khan some of his delusional attempts and comments are seriously foolish. From playing a vulture desperately trying to fight anyone coming off a loss in any fight to wanting Pac and Mayweather. The more talks like he this he starts the sooner another one minute KO awaits.

 

Don't think Roach will ditch Pacquiao's corner.

 

Simple stuff, Khan wins his next 3 fights, one of them beating Alexander or Bradley then Floyd or Manny are in the picture no matter what anyone says, Khan vs Floyd= big big money here in the U.K, i am talking breaking U.K PPV records.

 

of course i'm not psychic, which is why i didn't use any definitive words in my post, you ****ing plank. obviously you appear insensed that my evaluation of khan's abilities is rather cutting.

 

He doesn't have the power, defence, chin anything to contend at world level.

 

OK I get it, silly me. Your location tells your sad story. That's why you hate Floyd. You can't get over the beating Hatton recieved from Mayweather. I guess the Manny massacre didn't help either. It will be OK one day. Just don't bet with your heart. Use your head instead.

 

I really like Khan, I think he's a future p4p'er but he will never be able to outbox Floyd and he will never survive 12 rounds with Pac..

 

Because they're better. Let Khan in the ring with one of them and see where he ends up.:good

 

Oh man, where do I start? Well first of all there is nothing wrong with aspirations of wanting to PBF or Manny.

But lets be honest no way this happens in 3 yrs let alone 18 months, Khan is NOT even top of the 140 Lb devision how the hell is going to compete with PBF/Manny.

He has Maidana, Alexander, Bradley to beat first and NO WAY does he beat ALL three, absolutely no way! Someone is going to touch that chin again and then it's Good night Mr Khan!

I mean who has Khan even beaten? Salita? LOL!
