Man you got to be shitting me! You dont tell me that every opponent all thought they all fight differently, fights the same way against Khan? Judah doesnt lead with his head, Judah think he is a boxer. Peterson don't lead with his head and either does Diaz. What Diaz last fight. Man you are blaming the one person that is the x -factor in all of the holding. I have never felt that any of these fighters lead with their head until they fight Khan.

So be honest with, I HATE the way Alexander fight, I really hate the Wladimir fight, and I also hated the way BHOP foul. Guerrero when he clinch, he clinch and keep fighting. If you clinch with Guerrero, he will hit you with what ever is not helded. Mayweather does it a little bit, but it really depends who he is fighting and same for Ward.

I'd agree about Khan running in the ring, he could be a lot more economical with his movement, his foot placement and balance has improved but he does still seem to go into full flight mode too often when he could be making a step or 2 back and then counter.

It's too much to expect at this early point in the working relationship with Hunter to expect any sudden huge transformation. Khan literally had no inside game other than poorly holding on for dear life. He at least now knows how to clinch competently unlike before. He also showed he could be rough on the inside and work the body which we had not seen before.

As long as he keeps working hard and listening to Hunter the gradual changes will come but it's just too early to suddenly expect him to be some kind of inside genius, especially in an era when many boxers can't fight effectively on the inside.

Judah...I'll give you that, although he did do it at times, but 'Peterson don't lead with his head' - watch the Khan fight, Diaz didnt lead with his head vs thurman, nor did he do it with Porter, if you knew anything about boxing you'll know that he fought khan in a different style, he fought them in a more standup style, against khan he was in to more of a Peek-a-Boo style looking for the left hook. You think fighters are dumb enough not to change styles depending on who they are fighting?, this is fights at the top level, watch the fights again.

I also put 'Khan also does the head pulling', meaning khan is also to blame, but he is only half the equation when it comes to it, Peterson ran in with his head the most and callazo ducked real low, in turning he starting leading with his head.

'Mayweather does it a little bit, but it really depends who he is fighting and same for Ward.'

Khan doesnt do it unless fighters start leading with their heads, Floyd sticks out his elbow and pushes with the forearms, Khan did push before, but got heavily criticised, what you want him to do? fight on the inside?, why doesn't maidana box on the Outside, why doesnt floyd fight in the middle, why doesnt Martinez fight on the inside... Fighters are not going to fight where they are not comfortable, only fighters that are great are even capable of it, but if they had a choice they wouldn't, khan isnt great, so he avoids it.

Paulie is a good commentator and I dont think he has it out for khan, more like he was watching his close friend get beat up.

Seems Khan is learning from sparring with Ward.

I think I know a little a bit about boxing sir! lol. But I also know a lot about LIFE! I learned in life, if everywhere a person go, and there is drama......Then it may be the person and not different environments. What I mean is every fight, Khan says the same thing against every fighter although all the fighters fight in a different style. Paulie said Khan held against him and paulie is the most sensative boxer I know.

We already establish that Khan has no inside fighting skills, and his holding/pushings is his defense mechanism. If a person throws a hook to the body, do they do it standing straight up? No they get low, and Khan starts complaining.

So I do know alittle about boxing. I will tell you this, I think you mentioned about Mayweather forearm, I was so happy to see Maidana forearm his ass right back.

Yes. I agree with OP. Khan did enough holding to be disqualified several times. The ref was a disgrace. I dont know where Khan is because he was allowed to foul the whole fight.

Khan will get knocked out again and everyone will be retracting their opinion.

I know this is an old fight, but this is for the KO-King who said basicly every who fights Khan lead with their head, and that is why he push, hold or lay on the back of their neck. I DARE you to watch his video, This video shows Khan pushing 66 times, most of which is when Peterson is standing straight up.

Have you ever notice people that hold fighters head down gets low blowed a lot. You know why, because its hard to throw a stomach punch when a grown man is laying on your neck.

Well. I dont think they would all be disqualified. Once the ref takes a point you would think the fighter would change his game plan. Although the ref took a point later on, it seemed like a token gesture and not serious in any way.

If the ref takes charge early and tells these fighters to cut the **** then we will see real boxing and not this watered down bull we have been seeing lately.

Agreed, if the ref just done their job from round 1, boxing would be so much more entertaining

Any fight where Khan stays off the deck is considered a great performance by his fans.
