Pac and Roach want this fight based on what they know about Khan in sparring. Pacquiao by TKO or Algieri-like decision.

He might but khan is a top welterweight and in his prime the pac we are taking about here is the declined one

I think it deserves clarification; Khan is in a pool of top welterweights (Khan, Thurman, Brook, Porter, etc.) but not the top welterweight. The top welterweights is pretty thin right now, a lot of unproven talent. Khan is a good fighter but he doesn't do well with protecting his chin. Algieri wobbled him a few times, Pac will put him out.

Pacquiao by TKO or lopsided decision, book it.

And the declined Pacquiao is still better than 99% of the WW's in the division. That's how great him and Mayweather are. They can be declined versions of their prime selves and still beat majority of all the other welterweights- if not all.

Manny should have enough to knock Khan out or decision him. If Khan pulls it off expect shoulder, layoff, and fresh water and not salt water bath as excuses.

I'd say Pacquiao catches Khan sweetly around the the fourth for a Hatton style knockout.

Of course he's been declining, no one is disputing that. But enough for Khan to beat him? It's a looong shot. I always see a trend when Pac's opponent is selected; "he's been declining, I don't think he can win this one", "his opponent is prime and best available", "Pac isn't focused", "[insert name] is too big, I'm worried for Pac." All it is is the fanboy in you guys trying to turn him into the underdog. He will beat Khan and it won't be considered an upset, Pacquiao should be favored to win like he has been since Oscar.
