    Yes.

He was on a steady decline even his fights with Bradley showed that.

The thing here is Khan has a great chance to beat Pac his much faster then pac at this stage

Pac isn't much slower, he's just less aggressive.

Yea I agree. His work rate has declined quite a bit. He still hits fast and hard.

Khan looked slow vs Algieri and looked poorer than I've seen him since he's been with Hunter. Pac maybe ready to be taken but I don't think Khan is the man to do it or is even at his best anymore to capitalise on Pac's perceived vulnerability.

Are we not giving any credit to Algeri and John David Jackson for his improvements ?

I don't think pac's speed slowed down a little bit he isn't just as explosive as before..

In the rios fight pac threw a super fast counter i had to slow down the youtube video to 0.25 and it was still too fast you could still barely see it.

If there was a perfect time, this would be it.

He'll lose though. To me, this looks like the perfect lose-lose fight - neither guy truly gets any real credit for winning it.

Pac wins - because Khan is a bum with no chin
Khan wins - because Pac is finished

Manny wins this one. Khan will probably win a few rounds but the problem is hes not great at seeing danger.. manny will eventually time him. If nobodys noticed.. when khan fights a puncher and they land he then goes into his routes... left right left run hug etc... this wont beat manny

I'm afraid the two fighters skills are irrelevant in this fight. The determining factor will be Arum and weather or not he is done with Pacquaio and he feels it's time to pass the torch to Khan or if he thinks he can fool the fans into buying another 100$ PPV against Mayweather. Modern boxing is becoming more and more like pro wrestling everyday. I'm leaning towards passing the torch. The tales of iv use, rotater cuff injury and nuclear testing don't seem to be getting much purchase with the fans. I followed Manny for years and still feel ripped off with the Mayweather fight. Either he was injured before the fight and it should have been postponed, or he's full of ****. The post fight interview leads me to believe he's full of **** and he knows it.
