    I don't think he is fighting at 140 anymore. He will move to 147.

    I guess you mean the latter, because of the "again" in the thread title.
    I expect him to pick up another belt in the future (there are enough around to chose from), only I don't think he will hold on to it for very long.
    And I don't believe he will ever be "the man" at LWW.

    He never dominated at 135, if anything he moved up to 140 because it was a weaker division.
