Amir Khan, will he fight or vacate? (I say they will fight 12/11)

I can only assume you failed at both English and Maths at school.

 

Khan will fight him. He knows the damage it could do to his reputation. I said it before, Khan will end this guys hype, and when he does, there will be excuses.

I am pretty sure this will not go to purse bids. Like i've said HBO will up the offer or Khan will accept a lower purse.

Letting a fight go to purse is taking a gamble, sometimes it can go in your favour, better than you would have otherwise negotiated, other times it can go the other way. Seen as how they are already limited by Khan's minimum purse they won't want to give another promoter/broadcaster the ability to bid without this hindrance.

Specifically in the Paulie fight he didn't have to worry about getting hit as much so he was able to attack at a far higher pace than I think he will in this fight. Paulie took a lot of clean shots an was able to make it to round 11 before the ref stopped it. I don't really think Khan will make it to round 11 with Maidana due to a few big shots, but feel he will throw too little to stop him anyways. I think after he feels Maidana's power he'll be too cautious to take risks.

Paulie can take a beating no doubt. But I don't see Maidana's chin as horrible, so I don't see Khan stopping him. He will be far more cautious with Maidana. I don't see a KO for Khan due to either little risk and low output after feeling Maidana's power, or getting KO'd himself.

You're right. I mean't more of Knocked Out 10 count, don't see it going long enough for a Khan TKO. Maybe he cuts him up though? :think

 

If there is no good reason for him vacating, then yes, I will stop defending Khan.
