Every tool in the box EXCEPT a chin...
He ducked Thaxton and would do likewise against Hatton

His smartest move was getting Freddie

  3. How do you improve your chin? Is it even possible? Are there some neck muscle training exercises maybe? Seriously! Is there a way?

And to those who shot down the OP without a grain of counter-argument, who would YOU say is the closest to becoming the next Pacquaio?

I'm reserving judgement with Khan till I have a better idea of what Roach is doing with him.

Although I'm not going to put him in the same league as Pac I'll draw one parallel.
A lot of people laughed when Pacquiao lost to Torrecampo and Singsurat and said he'll do ok but never be ATG or elite.

    Who's laughing now?

Thing is No 1..is that Warren has sheltered him all the way up and is well aware of the chin,no matter how fantastic he is with his talent, and as talent goes..he is as good as they come...but that chin has only been tested on 3 occasions and never against a top contender .

Khan is clearly not currently at PACs level; and he still has a lot to prove (including his ability to take a punch). In all fairness though, Prescott was known as a power puncher (19 fights, 17 knock-outs) and caught Khan early.

I'm not saying he will be great - not saying he will not. He's still really young so we'll have to wait and see.

The Prescott fight should never have been made. I mean what were the matchmakers thinking?? Guy was 19-0 with 17 kos! Why put Khan in with someone who can bang?? Incrediably stupid move.

The reason I say I'm reserving judgement is if Roach can tighten that defence up he'll improve drastically. Moving up in weight might help that chin a little too.

Remember the guys only 22 years old, has bucket loads of potential and most of the tools to be great (except the chin ofc).

If Roach and Pacquiao can see the potential in him that's good enough for me.
    Time will tell.

Khan was a huge 135. I can't of been easy making that weight. Before you all told about his chin, didn't Pacman got KO'd at the beginning of his career? Didn't he get a 20 second count from a jab? But he's improved and got stronger, Khan can aswell.

Thats what I am trying to say, at 140 if his chin holds up a bit better, and Roach with time perfects his counter punching style with very tight defence, fast smart footwork, Khan can become a great fighter in 3yrs and he will still only be 25.

I mean the kid could be a world champion in June at the age of just 22.
