[ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PapGyGgGQCY&feature=related[/ame] Everyone in England know Amir Khan, half of which because of his race claim not to like him or say hes cocky, with all respect he isnt intelligent enough to cocky.... So thats not true!! On this site hes slated ridiculously, watch this video and tell me hes not got a bigger heart than anyone in the boxing game right now...
Khan has heart, that's never been in doubt but to say its the biggest in boxing is quite frankly, moronic.
He's clearly got a big heart, as the Garcia fight proved - to keep wanting to fight on despite being practically out on his feet is evidence of this. However, if he could swap out a bit of that heart for a better defence he would be a much better boxer and could have some sustained success in a long career!.....
Its a shame such talent is wasted on someone who lacks a clue. Khan has had a top career so far but I really can't see him going further due to his lack of defense nor chin.
Amir aint that bad a person to be fair I think his heart is the right place, but Haroon on the other hand is a right tool. I met him last year at the wild card and way he was talking you would of thought he was an Atg, who had beaten sugar ray and Tommy hearns on the same night, with one hand and during Ramadan.
Did you see the daft **** give the result of the cycling away at the beggining of the highlights show ? Logan: "What has been you favourite moment this games?" Khan: "Kenny winning gold" Logan: "You wernt supposed to say that"
I see Khan as a boxer whose flaws are as big as his talent. His fight with Maidana especially made him believe he didn't have a punch resistance problem so therefore for he treated Garcia's first knock down as a 'flash'. Obviously he was ****ed from there, but if just 'thinked' he would've survived much longer.
I believe it's a northern problem. From my experience people from up north are generally uneducated and lack common sense. That's why they contribute nothing to the economy so I don't think he can help it.
