Floyd Patterson did pretty well for himself for someone who will forever be remembered a glass jawed fighter.I don't think he was such a glass jawed fighter as thought.

Nah, Khan has often voiced an arrogant opinion himself. Easy to dislike him, though he's toned himself down a bit since being knocked flat. Knockouts have their way of humbling people.

 

The term glass jaw is more popular today, and sometimes overused

 

Oh, and for Khan's end, if he wins he is able to say, "I have a win over the legendary Marco Antonio Barerra", omitting the subtext that Barerra is no where near his best any longer....

Its a pitty he has such talent but his chin has got to be the worst I've seen since Michael Grant.

He has the worst chin i've ever seen, seriously, that's the lowest you can have.

 

If he had a mediocre chin he could still go far but his is blancmange mixed with powdered bone. Poor lad.

 

Seriously, someone needs to find some kinda technique to give the chin more resistance, cause Khan really needs it

 

Jesus christ, that wasnt even a KO punch, not in the slightest, a quick hook while backpedaling, and Khan is tripping over himself like a baby giraffe.

that is just sad, Id never imagined his chin was THAT bad. He has the worst chin I have have ever of any boxer to reach the world class level.

Having a bad chin is one thing. Like someone brought out Patterson. Patterson was known as a guy that could get KOed by a big puncher, it wasnt as if he was getting KOed left and right

Khan though, ****ing a, he get wobbled by any shot that is remotely hard. Presscots jab stunned him for gods sake. And then considering how many times he went down before that against guys that were not punchers at all, 50% KO percentages, its bad.

I think I will bet on Barrera knocking him out when they meet

 

maybe an option would be to take a knee when he's been caught and knows that his chin aint the best, gotta be better than taking a heavy fall to the canvas and your opponent waiting to unload as soon as you get back up.Take the knee and the 10/8 hit and survive to fight another round with a clear head.Fans might not love him for such a tactic but its not like he gets clipped every round and hes got the offensive skills to get back in the bout, just needs to make sure that head of his dont ping pong on the canvas.Dunno if such a tactic could be coached into a boxer whos great going forward but chiny or whether a coach would try suggest it to boxer.

 

Thats clearly not Khan. Khan is dark brown skinned the guy in red that got knocked down is paler than the other guy. Unless Khan is white thats not him.
