Its about time this dude started some trash talking. This IS boxing. We NEED more press conference brawls and weigh in fights. lol imagine a 24/7

So what if Khan doesnt fight Maidana. Kotelnik beat Maidana fairly comfortably and Khan defeated Kotelnik making him look like a poor fighter. Marquez just turned down the fight with Khan why is no-one mentioning that? I wouldnt say Khan is a ducker, he has been protected by his promotional companies for the most part. He took on Prescott when the guy was totally unknown, and lost, so you cant say he 'dodges' dangerous opponents. Khan is a talented fighter and a newly crowned world champion, he just took out an undefeated 'prospect' in less than a round.
To finish, he is calling out Malignaggi, a guy who has gone toe to toe with a prime Cotto and twice defeated Juan Diaz, and is probably in the form of his life. He is awkward and an accomplished boxer, yet you people are annoyed because he doesnt fight Maidana, a guy with one win on his slate against another 'prospect' who wasent even in the top 10 rankings at the weight when Maidana beat him? It doesnt make any sense.
Also, Khan is 100% correct when he calls Maidana 'not a ppv attraction'' so in what way is he being mouthy?

 

Thing is, Khan isn't very good at trastalking. He's a good kid but he's young and gets pissed off when others start mouthing off about him (like Paulie for example).

I dont see the problem sometimes and why people slate and hate Khan so much at times, he is not my favourite in mouth department but so was Ali, Floyd and many other fighters. Just too much hatred, i think.

The thing is there is a fine line between being cocky and being arrogant.

Imo Khan comes across as very arrogant especially after achieving **** all so far, plus the guy is ****ing gormless to boot.

He has beaten 1 decent fighter who wasnt smaller than him, or past htheir respective prime yet he talks like he is a multi weight/titled world champion.

 

It's boxing, trash talking makes fights. get over it
