Il start with Breidis Prescott, why is he whining about wanting to have a rematch so badly with Amir Khan when he already beat him convincingly, its normally the other way round where the loser wants his rematch. why doesnt Prescott try get a rematch with kevin mitchell who he lost to. Ive never seen a winner so badly wanting a rematch when theres a good chance he will lose if he fights khan again. would he not rather be remember for being the man who beat Amir :patsch

Also anyone know who Amir khan is favourite to fight next. i seen on b365 earlier that mccloskey is fighting in Feb so unlikely will be him. i want zab judah personally.

Because he's essentially a journeyman fighter who upset a prospect and has earned the payday that would come with a rematch. He wants to get paid, and imo he's earned it. If Khan's gonna fight McCloskey he might as well fight Prescott, though Khan would annihilate him.

It'd be a nice way to close the book on that chapter of his career. On to bigger and better things.

Khan will likely face McCloskey. I personally would have preferred Judah or Peterson. But the former is tied up with another fight, and the latter priced himself out.

Prescott has made himself irrelevant, and is just looking for a payday.

You can ask the same question to Khan as to why he WON'T fight Prescott.

The publicity is already there because of the history. And so, the money is also there. It would also be a damn bit more than from a McCloskey fight.

So why wouldn't someone want to fight the guy who sparked you out and embarassed you in 45 seconds? It makes little sense not to get revenge on someone who totally took your pride and used it to wipe his ass with.

There's something lacking in someone who chooses to actively avoid the one person who beat you in a fight and not want to even the score. I'd call it the lack courage. No boxer's heart.

Khan's just scared he'll get embarrassed again. That possibilty exists if they ever met again in the ring despite whatever route they've taken in their ring careers since. Conversely, the opportunity to be embarrassed again does not exist if they never meet. Obviously, Khan knows this.

This is the current situation. No courage, and fear is why Khan wants nothing to do with Prescott. No matter how you spin it, that's the reality and that's how it will be called...and for Khan's entire career.

Again, not wanting to face Prescott makes no sense for a real fighter, especially for one that is supposedly better skilled.
