    From Daily Fail..

Nevermind 3 years defeat in rematch to Peterson it could be just under 3 months away.

Yep, he can't have that much in the bank...(I mean relatively, to be blowing those kind of sums)

I remember reading on teletext years back he was gonna do it when he was 25.

Ey, how times change. Teletext and all that.

Whats up with Brit fighters and giving themselves retirement dates, just keep fighting till either you feel you can't accomplish anything else or you on the downslide and dont want to move down the ladder. Even if you make a mint and decide you dont love the sport anymore just call it then but putting time limits on your career when you don't know how its going to pan out is pointless imo

That. I dont see the point in putting some artificial time limit on your career especially when people very rarely stick to it . Lets be honest we all know Haye will be back

It's his prerogative to retire when he likes, but I think it's kind of dangerous to be talking about it before he's achieved his goals. Like him talking about moving to WW and challenging Mayweather just before he gets beat by Peterson. He needs to focus on the now. It's the wrong mindset for someone who should be young and hungry.

I doubt if he retires that early.......................Haye said he would retire, but he is trying to get a fight with Vitali for big money................I expect Khan to knock Peterson out in the rematch................

He's scared of bugs...wow...amir is full of interesting anecdotes...1000 nearest and dearest...? They ain't nearest and dearest if there is 1000 of them.

Amir khan is a very good fighter and seems like a nice guy but he's dull as hell

Nonsense. He's guaranteed to experience at least one or two more setbacks in those three years. Similar to the Lamont Peterson one - which has already delayed him one or two fights.

He should just continue fighting on and building his legacy until his heart is content. Or, to be more correct, until he body is able to. He shouldn't put a number on it.
