Right then. I have a month to shift some pounds Although I joined the gym recently I have become pretty laxadaisical. I have one month before 'that day' to shift some weight. I'm around 88KG at the moment and already have the suit and that measured up. I plan on giving the tailors abit of a headache by turning up to collect a suit that is 'too big' I had a bag which I brought down to my mates where I stay in MK, yesterday I thought that as well as the gym i'd get back into a bit of training again, so I went out and bought some gloves and a rope. Although I didn't really wanna get the Khan gloves Milton Keynes isn't really a hotbed for boxing equipment. I had the choice between the shitty PU Lonsdale gloves in Sports World of shitty PU Everlast gloves in JJB. Anyone else tried these reebok gloves ? Pretty comfortable like although they aren't small
Cheers They're a little round on the top so I reckon i'm gonna have to flatten them a little bit if possible. They were only £20 so if they turn out to be **** it's not too much of a loss
It's alright losing the lbs now but when you are going out on the **** at 10am the Saturday before.....
How much weight are you looking to shift Dan...:think Do it nice and steady mate, you can drop 7kg comfortably in a month eating the right stuff and having a good training routine that attacks your metabolism...:yep Don't put yourself in a position that when you hit your big day you have been carb free as you will feel shocking as soon as you start eating them and it will play havoc with your guts...:barf Get some good wraps if you are going to spend a lot of time hitting a bag or pads... The best option for clipping that weight down is to do lots of nice steady skipping with some sprints chucked in...:good
I'll make sure of it :yep Last time one of my mates got married about 3 years ago he doesn't remember anything from about 2pm :rofl
:yep Just tell your kid to look after you.... or will he be worse than your mates for ripping into you?
ahh man i got cleto reyes from my girl for christmas then forgot to put wraps on once and ended up with burns off the laces
