I think Khan would do a fast number on Shot Shane a good name on young Khan's record.

I think Khan at 147 would be at his best weight for his frame and size 5'10, Shane is 5'9.

Mosley for me is a fantastic fighter and I think Khan is a fantastic prospect I would love to see this fight! You cant compare it to pacman vs mosley as khan is not on that level WHICH I think this could excite alot of fight fans and IF khan is lucky enough to get a shot a money this would be a great test for him.

  4. way too risky for khan, he would have to be on his bike for the a good part of the fight. He can win a ud, but if mosley connects like he did vs mayweather its over.

Khan has a big frame and looks like he'd be comfortable physically at welterweight.

Needless to say, he has to improve his skills, A LOT.

Mosley was asked on twitter if he would fight Khan, and he said no, because he's friends with him, and he was instrumental in getting him signed with GBP.

    Shane by KO, 2nd Round.

Yeah, he doesn't look 5'10 to me either.

But he's not ready...Mosley hasn't got the greatest foot work in the world at this point, and his foot speed clearly isn't upto scratch. But, I don't believe Khan has the intelligence to beat Mosley, yet. He finds himself cornered/on the ropes and off balance too easy, and if Mosley connects...he still carries good speed, and good power...

I don't see Shane facing any Golden Boy fighters anytime soon.

Khan just has to be carefull for the first few rounds, Shane has not got the legs or gas to be effective over 12rds anymore, Khan from around the 4th 5th would start shocking Shane with his fast combos.

Khan would give Shane a real beating.

I guess his stamina is a factor, but Khan still gets caught too easily, and isn't the hardest to trap on the ropes. I havn't seen the Mora bout, only seen highlights...but Mosley got a 2nd/3rd wind against Mayweather, and will undoubtedly be landing on Khan with more regularity than he did Mayweather.

I very much doubt Khan stops Mosley...and if Khan stands there and lets Mosley unload like Maidana did...

But like Thread Stealer said, Mosley won't be fighting any GBP boxers anytime soon.

We got to remember not everyone presses like Maidana a head hunter, Khan from a normal stand point would handle normal fighter easier, also Roach will make adjustments to Khan from the mistakes he made in the Maidana fight which Khan will learn alot from.

Khan 24yrs should be still picking up things, that's the nature of this game.

Not everyone presses like Maidana, but that bout highlighted how poor his footwork is at this point...that, along with his defense is what Roach should be working on now. Even Mosley who is X amount of years out of his prime is still another level to that of Maidana...and with Richardson in his corner (who went about the gameplan to land the "perfect" shot on Mayweather...and near enough did).

A juiced up Mosley decapitates Khan.

I think we should give Maidana a bit more respect not his skill set but his desire and never giving up and hunting Khan down all night.

But I understand your point but I feel after a Shane after the mid way point would at this stage of his career won't be as dangerous as the first half.

But this is boxing and one punch can change a fight.
