I don't think people have to 'look' for reasons to discredit Wilder there is plenty of evidence out there already.

i suspect this is also why ortiz wont be at his best anymore.Hes still a top 3 fighter though so wilder better not look at age bc he will get knocked out by Mr. 50 year old.

Yes, it's funny but I've heard this before.
Luis Ortiz is about the same age as Felix Savon. Maybe a year younger, that's what I've heard. He was kept off the Cuban team in the 1990s by the stiff competition. He made it through when he was in his 30s.
He was already 40, 41 when he turned pro.

 

Wilder must have known Ortiz true age, which is why he is his next opponent!
