Amir Mansour Vs. Maurice Harris is official

Guinn has a great chin and throws about six punches per round. He knows how to survive, but he's only won about 5 rounds in the last 5 years if you take out his "get-a-win-to-stay-viable" fights against bums.

 

You think he has any chance what so ever? He had a pretty solid run there before Thompson beat his ass, and was robbed against Gerber

 

Hard to say. We have never seen Mansour tested, since his parade of paper dolls keep blowing over early. I mean, OK, he shut out Dominick "I'm pretty much a pacifist" Guinn, which is no special feat requiring elite talent as we saw last weekend, and Guinn actually tagged him a lot more than he did, say, Pulev or Adamek. Mansour in his own words realized early he couldn't hurt Guinn (not that anybody really can) and sort of just gave up and cruised in out-boxer mode...and still, Guinn tagged him up throughout with his blue-moon wide shots.

So, yeah, we don't really know what Mansour is made of.

Mansour KO1 Harris is the highest probability, but Harris MD12 Mansour wouldn't be some great big Chambers vs. Mchunu shock or anything.

 

Harris has a glass jaw, "destroying" him is nothing out of the ordinary - a lot of guys have shattered those fragile whiskers.

Harris doesn't pack iron, Harris is quite violent. I think Harris outboxes him in the first couple of rounds and Mansour charges, finishes him in 3.

The same Mo Harris, who lost against an old Larry Holmes in the late 90's and lost KO 1 against Henry Akinwande?

 

Funny that in trying to discredit a fighter you bring up a fight that he was robbed in.

 

I wonder if Mansour will ever get a real fight or if his time will run out
