Cintron comes out, tying up the arm of Grayton. Back to the center of the ring, both jab, then clinch. Grayton circles to the right, throws a right hand that Cintron brushes away. Nice left hook by Cintron, causing Grayton to grab on to his opponent. Grayton comes back trying to fire at the end. Big stare down after the bell.

Round 4:
Both men seem to just want to clinch at every chance they get. Cintron takes a jab from Grayton, then dodges a left hand. Right hand from Cintron. Jab by Cintron , then falls in to a clinch. Grayton sneaks in a right jab and left hand. Big right hand at the end.

Round 5:
Grayton jabs to the body, backs Cintron to the corner. Cintron is doing nothing but clinching. Grayton throws a punch and gets held. Referee warns Grayton about using his shoulder to push Cintron down and about hitting behind the head. Big punch by Grayton and Cintron is down. Cintron comes back to throw a jab. Grayton returns the favor with a left hand, then a right hand. Timeout: Headbutt puts Cintron on a knee. Doctor looking at Cintron. The fight is waved off by the referee. They are going to the scorecards.
