Win or lose tonight, I've become a fan of this guy. He doesn't talk ****. He doesn't whine. He doesn't quit. All he does is fight whoever is put in front of him. I think it's perfect that he was coached by Forrest Griffin, because they come from the same school of thought. Plus... he doesn't refer to himself in the third person, which is one of the most annoying things in the world.
Amir has become my favourite fighter on the show. I also like his sense of humour, he's quite a funny guy and hes humble. However i rhink that CB will beat him this time around, but hopefully theyll keep Amir anyway, even though i can't imagine him a fighter in the UFC personally.
I think he's a little too small for 185. I'd like to see him try 170. I think Dollaway will win (unfortunately), even though I usually don't like going against a guy (in a rematch) who recently defeated his opponent, because he was winning the fight before he completely gassed. You could tell, when Amir was clamping in the armbar, that he knew exactly what was happening, but was too spent to do anything about it. He'll have a few months to work his conditioning to the point that it won't be too big of an issue for tonight.
Yeah, i read an interview with CB where he said that he completely forgot that the semis went 3 rounds and didn't do much conditioning at all. However tonight i think CB will be ready and will take the fight. I hope he takes it because i picked him in my predictions.
That's one of the problems with TUF. Limited preparation time and the difference in fight lengths. They need to pick one and stick with it. Then again, Dollaway had about two weeks to prepare for Credeur and he gassed badly in that fight too.
I like the guy - he's cool, and seems pretty funny, too. And he can fight. I like his style, he's got a lot of heart and is entertaining. GO AMIR!!!
Dolloway had three weeks to prepare for Tim and still gassed. I see this fight going about the same as the first one, if CB doesn't end it as soon as he can. With that said I hate people that refer to themselves in the third person. For that reason alone I don't want CB to win.
Definitely a tap. Stop bitching, your arm was about to snap dumbass. Sadollah is a cool guy. I'm really glad he won because he was my favorite on show.
