i don't think so. if maidana (extremely crude in technique and also slow) can land on kahn as much as he did then rios (who's alot quicker and more ring-savvy than marcos) would find the mark and sap kahn's will with every shot. bearing in mind rios comes in the ring at over 150lbs; those shots of his would certainly rock khan to his ankles. khan would smother him for 6-7 rounds but eventually would start to wear down in the later rounds (as he did in the maidana fight) and would get eaten up.

 

rios is too small for Khan, he wpuld get destroyed.

 

Khan the Ball Crusher is a disgrace to the wild card gym. I dont want Pac training with a cheater like that.

 

too small? he comes in the ring at 151lbs against antillon, thats quite a few pounds bigger than maidana was in the ring against him wasn't it?

 

That's what I was thinking... he's developing into one of the premier body punchers in the sport.... and with only average power it really benefits him to know how to dig to the body because afterall, you don't need to be a huge puncher to hurt an opponent in the body.
