Amnat Ruenroeng vs. Zou Shiming RBR

Ruo should stick to defend his belt in Thailand.

There he will only lose the title if he gets Koed.

Unless hes fighting another Thai than anything goes.

 

I think Zou was lacking a bit in experience, he was showing good improvements last fight (I know, against a limited opponent) but tonight he looked very amateur, though he's 33 now or whatever so I guess there's that.

 

there was about 4 that arguably could have went to shiiming but he wasnt really troubling rudenock had to work very hard to get little done, then roundroeng would effortless land a few accurate jabs

I was talking about world title not interim but good mention nonetheless and i have seen that fight, fantastic fight i became a fan of Eto after that fight.:good

No. No one actually thought Zhou was good. No power. Slaps his shots. Almost no defense. No one I've come across believed he would ever legitimately win a title.

He was forced down boxing's throat by Arum.

 

i don't which i'm more glad of, the fight is over or that i don't have to listen those box nation tools anymore.

 

This was a clear win for Ruenroeng but a part of me was hoping they rob him. I have no idea how any referee allows such excessive clinching.

In the 12th round alone Ruenroeng initiated 11 clinches. I don't subscribe to the notion that a fighter with a huge reach advantage standing on the outside using his jab and then constantly grabbing the opponent when he does get inside, is "out boxing" them. What an ugly, ugly and illegal style.

 

I thought the fight was practically unwatchable. It was boring beyond belief.
