Who had the best and most unlimited tank of these 3 fighters. For all 3 of them their defining characteristic as a fighter was their ability to sustain high workrate.

I think it's Margarito. He was bigger than Pacquiao, but could still throw bombs for 12 rounds at Welterweight. When Pacquiao got to Welterweight he could no longer sustain the workrate he had at the lighter weights. His head movement wasn't as frantic and he took breaks that he didn't at lower weights, but it still a solid tank just not what it was in the lighter weights.

Also have to consider Vitali here. He's the best known high workrate HW. He couldn't sustain the non stop 12 round of bombs because of his size, but he was way more active than any HW should have been.

Considering Pacquiao had incredible in and out movement and threw explosive combinations regularly during his prime years, I'd go with him. Margarito threw a ton of punches, but didn't expend as much energy on his feet or throw with the same ferocity that Pacquiao did. Pacquiao was a whirlwind and fought in a ridiculously energy-expending style. His longevity is honestly one of the most impressive things about his career.

vitali , because doing it at 6.8 and 250 is way harder.

margarito would not look out of place in a olympic 10000m race

people would think what the f uck is the discus thrower doing stepping on all the little dwarfs

Only time I've ever seen Pacman tired is when he was all the way asleep (and maybe actually dead) for 2 minutes in late 2012.

Other than that he's the ****ing Energizer Bunny.

Pac had way higher stamina than margarito. Imagine margarito fighting bigger guys than him and had to exert too much force in order to not getting walked down. Plus pacquiao operates at a higher pace with in and out movement fast feet rapid power punches with chaotic movement. Plus margarito gassed up against mosley.
