Amped about Michael Katsidis vs Juan Diaz ?

The whole trilogy was ****ing fantastic. If you want to get someone into boxing show then any of those 3 fights or better still, show them all 3 fights back to back.

 

I actually had a dream Katsidis KO'd Diaz.....the weird thing is that i've been going for Diaz ever since the fight's been on but i dunno, 90% of the time, my dreams about fights end up being accurate atsch

The matchmakers had the fans in mind when making this fight. Can't wait. I wouldn't be surprised if Diaz won this fight by opening a cut on Katsidis and going right at it causing a stoppage.

 

Yeah it was, I rate it higher than Gatti-Ward round 9 fight one because of the technique that was involved.

 

should be fun, but to be honest, i think diaz is a level or so above. i see diaz taking him apart with his superior speed and accuracy and win by tko in ten.

Yeah, but I've never saw Katsidis fight before so I can't make a prediction.

 

This is probably my most anticipated fight as of now. But I got to admit, it was a major buzzkill when I read Laurence Cole will be referee. Katsidis is almost certain to be cut in this fight, and given the fact that Diaz is the hometown fighter and knowing Cole's history, I get the feeling Katsidis will get the raw deal and prematurely stopped on cuts. Hopefully I'm wrong, though.

 

2 top 10 lightweights with exciting styles? Of course I'm psyched.

I'm generally not a huge fan of fighters who just come forward and throw whole lot of crazy punches and I've certainly made clear I don't think these guys are the best of the division, but this is just good, meaningful matchmaking.

Unless the defeats have ruined them both, this should be a barn burner. :good
