No apologies from me. Did nothing half of the fight, couldn't do anything the other half.

Didn't people say even an injured Haye would destroy Bellew before the fight?

To be fair to bellew he was there for the 5 early rounds which I belive and many belived he would get knocked out in. Sure David was injured after the 6th round but I still think Bellew boxed great early on. He wasn't getting hit too much and counterd really good with his right hand on the back foot.

I'll eat humble pie and admit Bellew was right.

Yes I was one of them. And I was proven wong. For this Bellew gets respect from me, but now it gets blown out of proportion a bit. He won't beat Wilder, heck he won't beat anyone in the top 10 HW. He won't beat Haye in a rematch, however I doubt that happens because Haye is done unless he wants to become a journeyman.

Agreed mate, Bellew deserves credit but their is an asterisks next to the win. I don't agree with the people who say he deserves no credit.

if that way any other fighter nothing would have been thought of stopping that fight in the 6th.

thats where people were wrong, Haye himself obviously thought he could beat Bellew in that state. It was a one round fight in most peoples eyes. I admit being wrong about Tony being taken out in 30 seconds but that still doesnt mean he has a legit win. where he earns credit and respect is the fact he stayed in there.

The Brits thought that the old Haye was the Haye of yesterday. Haye had his time before he took 4 years off. He was washed when he came back and washed against Bellew. Bellews fans think that he can be the hvw champ of the world. Foh lmao...

Not really, he won when most (myself included) thought he would lose. I don't regret
picking against him, I'm still not high on Bellew. I'd actually pick Haye to beat him if
they fought again, there was so much more he could've done, but..... *shrugs*

Bellew should apologise to me for taking my money when he knew haye was injured before the fight. To be honest if i had a dump on his living room carpet i still wouldn't say sorry to him.

Yes, he gets credit because I thought he would've got blasted out earlier; although he did lose a bit of it by how ineffective he was even after Haye was injured.

But some people here seem to think he can beat Wilder and Parker based on that performance :BangHead:

I under rated Bellew's durability and over rated how much Hate had left in the tank.

    I wouldn't say I'm sorry though.
