Their gameplan which they told everyone 100 times was to survive the first few rounds because Haye would try and blast him out then take advantage either when Haye gassed or his body fell apart later in the fight and all of that is exactly what happened. So when you look at it the gameplan worker so Coldwell has every right to take credit
Yes and no here. Bellew only won because of the injury. However, he did win and in similar fashion to he claimed he would. Full credit for winning, little credit in my eyes for the performance however.
I cant apologise for predicting an early KO win for Haye. We didnt get the fight we thought we were going to get. Never been much of a fan of Bellew but i give him credit for everything he did but what did he do?
Bellew deserves a hefty amount of credit. Nobody likes being proven wrong but I am not ashamed to say I was. Even prior to the injury Bellew displayed grade A: 1. Footwork 2. Upper body/head movement 3. Chin He displayed great sportsmanship as well. Give the man some credit.
He beat a guy who was 36 years old, had only fought 3 times in the past 6 years and never really accomplished anything significant at heavyweight. Good win but not something that should have the boxing world buzzing.
Lol. Why would anyone apologize? Bellew beat a one legged corpse. And even then he couldn't knock Haye out. Haye was just so exhausted and the the injury so bad he couldn't stand. Bellew showed heart and good sportsmanship but that's it. He is no threat to the top guys in the division. He is NOT a top 15 HW. Heck even Dominic Breazeale would knock him out. But he secured his future with a nice payday and at the end of the day that's whats its about. Good for him. But if he gets greedy and take a fight with someone like Wilder he is paying with fire and risking getting seriously hurt. And see Hearn is already trying to push a Hearn is already trying to push a Bellew vs Wilder fighter. smh. Apparently Hearn doesn't care and just sees dollar signs. http://www.skysports.com/boxing/new...against-tony-bellew-says-promoter-lou-dibella
