    Anyone been to this before?

It's a 2 hour session with Frank Bruno also making an appearance what should I expect?

I hope to hear some good boxing insight from Ricky Hatton and some interesting tales about a lot of boxers.

I don't really want to hear the same old jokes he goes on about his old man and his missus being in "Babe" though.

If you don't want to hear the same jokes then don't go. He has a pretty fixed routine from what I can see, mainly "old" jokes and stories reworked and given a boxing flavor.

He will tell the same jokes you've heard before

Seeing as you aren't a massive fan (fair comment?) you are going to be disappointed I bet

He is witty though, when circumstances force him out of the routine he adapts well.

Don't expect anything too in-depth about the fight game. Most of the crowd won't be ardent fans of the sport, so they pitch it accordingly.

Bruno is a diamond, he seems a lovely guy. Shame about the problems he had.

I am fan, not as big a fan as I was but still a fan otherwise I wouldn't bother at all. Oh well it's a few pints and a night out no matter what it turns out like.

I went to this back in July and really enjoyed it. Hatton is naturally a funny man, although he was only on stage for about 45 mins. Bruno was on for about half hour and had a compere with him throughout.
Good night though, but his dad and missus do get more than a mention!!

...and his Dads passport photo joke!!

Hattons slipped up repeating too many of his jokes on TV, most comedians never do or allow a live show to be televised until they have new material ready because once its been on TV and everyone has heard it, its ****ed.

I never tell a joke more than two times. I know the limits of my memory, I feel like I could make a fool of myself and tell it to the same person(s).

Yeah I knew you were a fan that had gone off Hatton...you seemed to have gone off him more and more lately

If you were a rabid hater like some round here, I'd advise you not to go

As it is I'd be amazed if you didn't enjoy it. I saw him at a show with Bruno, McGuigan and Henry Cooper and I just fĂșcking loved it

  13. Mate, you'll have a laugh definitely trust me, I wouldn't worry.

I'd rather spend an evening with Pol Pot.

do yourself a favour and book a dental appointment instead, it'll be more fun. Hatton and Bruno are both twats, shame so many don't see through the fake 'nice guy' routines.
