Great return fight for AJ, Arreola may be faded but he's still a name who will be a live opponent who you would expect AJ to beat. Very smart matchmaking and rebuilding. Hopefully it's not a PPV.

    AJ loves fighting old men

Arreola back in the day was a fat mexican, which is AJ's worst nightmare.
but now he is quite slim down. & 41 year old. ideal fodder for AJ

A good excuse for AJ were his losses, but the big shame is it was him who didn't really want the fight with Fury. And will never face him, as he never wanted to. I doubt he'll ever want to face someone as good as Usyk or Fury, he'll be the PPV star beating guys from top 5-15.

AJ vs Arreola will be as crappy as Fury vs Charr or Chisora. Pulev says he's negotiating with Fury, but I doubt there'll be a fight, but even if so, Pulev is too old to offer something good as he could 2-3 years back.

If you could give current Areola his youth again he'd either KO AJ or get KO'd himself....and they wouldn't fight him.

Arreola would not be an acceptable opponent. Joshua likely needs a step down but not quite like this.

And according to Kubrat Pulev, Tyson Fury is in negotiations with Pulev, who is another faded old man.

Its not a bad fight honestly. Arreola took Andy to his limits, if hes well prepared and in as good of shape he was for the Andy fight he might make it interesting for a while.

As long as there is a quick turnaround for the next fight this is fine, if its 6-9 months later than no

    Usyk fought Chisora and Witherspoon

    Fury fought Swarz and Wallin

Wilder have fought plenty of bums.

Joshua has been fighting mandatories/title fights for so long, he's entitled to an easier fight to get his confidence back.

You cannot hate on AJ for doing what all of the above have done plenty of times.

Only on ESB should someone fight a champion after 2 losses.

AJ is a bum if true. This does nothing for him, might as well sit the holidays out and get a real fight. If he takes this fight, him mentality shows he's done as a top fighter.
