Dear David

I generally don't have overly strong feelings about the career path of a fighter, for example I have only ever viewed Khan's opponents or career path with a pinch of salt while others have gotten very heated. The thing is your career and current decision making have made me think negatively about you and it has gotten under my skin. Below is my untempered response to how I perceive your boxing career at present. I could have rewritten it in a more respectful and mature manner but I think the way it is written reflects my gut feeling.

David your smug smart arsed, I'm so media savvy and I'm one step ahead of everybody attitude is being shown up for what it is.....bull****.

Are you too small to fight the big credible guys in the division so you fight Audley? Was watching the smaller Adamek at the weekend struggling with a big old Grant too much of a reality check for you?

You are just not as clever as you think and along with your unprofessional amateur inexperienced co-conspirator Booth you think they are hatching dastardly plans that apparently only a true genius could ever understand. In your minds it would take Einstein years to work out your Machiavellian web of intricate political strategy.

Boxing is much simpler son, just fight for as much money as you can get in fights you think you can win. Just get it on with credible fighters and avoid the Klitschko's if it suits you. Fighting Audley after all your bull**** makes you look weak.

The stupid smirk on your and Adam Booth's faces every time you are interviewed is starting to look really ****ing hollow. Wake up and admit to yourselves you don't have have a master plan. Honest self examination is possibly thee most important attribute in business.

You are not afraid of fighting any big Top 10 heavyweight I am sure of that but you are afraid of losing your belt. If you think the Klitschko's are a step too far for you then just clean out the rest of the division, NOTE: that doesn't mean starting with Audley.

My advise David is forget about your legacy and just fight whoever the WBA throws up as a mandatory.

I already know you are genius types when it comes to the media but a little tip might be to drop the supersillious grins on your faces.


Booth's interview on Sky after the Ruiz fight is laughable watching it now.

- Audley has never fought a Top 10 heavy so in terms of legacy we are not interested.

- Wladimir wants to fight but we will only do a 50/50 fight.

me because I have a strong response to what's going on. I won't lose any sleep but i just wanted to get this off my chest.

 

I don't have a twitter or facebook account and I don't want one as I read they can't be deleted.

 

He is getting under my skin and I just wanted to write something down as that sort of clears my head of it and I move on. It's not a well constructed letter, more of a rant so I doubt it would be taken seriously.

The point for me is that he is different to the other fighters some people hate. I always thought he was an OK guy but my point is that he is trying to be way too clever with his fans. The stuff with Valuev was classless but I gave him a free pass and took it as tongue and cheek. Now I feel he is disrespecting me.

 

Yeah......It's not easy to do a rant on 606 when you can't curse.
