An Open Letter to Joe Calzaghe

Kessler and Dawson are of about equal greatness IMO. But I would really like to see Calzaghe v Dawson anyway.

 

Dawson is not great and the Kessler win was impressive. I can't tell how serious some of these threads are.

 

An open response to the Grim Reaper, shut the **** up man this has been done to death a million times. Dawson beats a shot Tarver and suddenly he is the next big thing that is going to beat Calzaghe. We heard the same crap about Lacy, and the same crap about Pavlik. It is just not going to happen.

 

Dawson has beat Tarver, Johnson, Adamek and Harding.

At his age, that is a seriously strong lightheavyweight resume. How long has the guy been a world champion for? 18 months? His resume is better now than Calzaghe's was after NINE YEARS as champion from 1997-2006.

And Calzaghe never beat Pavlik. HOPKINS beat Pavlik.

 

Chad Dawson, it saddens me that Americans are really banking on this ****. He's nowhere as good as people are making out. He would be taken to school just like the 'saviour' Pavlik was. Oh and Lacy.. the second coming.

 

Whats Kessler got to do with anything? Dawson isn't moving down and Kessler isn't moving up so stfu already. And Tarver isn't beating anyone to death.

 

But Pavlik was taken to school by Bernard Hopkins. Calzaghe must be a real ***** if he's making Hopkins fight his battles for him.

 

I think the obvious point, that you have clearly missed, is that there are certain people hyping up certain American fighters saying they will beat Calzaghe, Calzaghe is ducking them etc.
First you guys hyped up Lacy, and Calzaghe schooled him. Then it was Pavlik, who got exposed as no threat to Joe. Then Dawson beats a shot guy who never that great to begin with and suddenly we are are supposed to believe, for the third time, that some hyped up American fighter is going to beat Calzaghe.
Same old **** poor argument over and over again from you guys.

If I knocked out Chad Dawson three times in one evening, twats like you would just suddenly come up with someone else who was the 'one person' I had to beat. That's just the way it is. You get to cry your bitter tears in your parents basement, consoling yourself by composing internet hatepieces about me, while I'm just left alone here with nothing but my belts, medals and big pile of money to keep me company. Why do think Tarver was shot going into the Dawson fight? And do you know anything about Dawson's career other than the Tarver fight?
