    I can understand doing it for morale, prison is a pretty grim place, whatever type or cat, HMP Elmley wasn't as rewarding though, neither was Feltham young offenders for that matter. :lol:

    The only reason the Hatton fight was considered was because his previous fights ensured quiet Saturday Nights for the nightshift with very few bells being rung.
    I'm sure you have common good funds down there? It meant everyone had to sign that they didn't mind it coming out the fund.

    I really doubt they would have allowed it down here, it don't take a lot for a bunch of prisoners to kick off, letting them watch boxing would be lighting the fuse, your asking for trouble.

    :lol: Nope, I tried everything as well, could not get a signal, I wasn't even allowed a kettle, I had to stick my radio lead with two razor blades into a bowl of water and switch the plug on just to have a cup of tea of a night time.

    I mean,have you ever tried to charge a mobile battery off a kettle?
