To be fair Hughie is his son and he admitted that he needs to work on his offensive work. H.Fury is only 23 so lets so where he's at in 5 years time. What I did find strange was him singling out Terry O'Connor who also gave Tyson the decision over McDermott.

In contrast to Eubank senior and junior Hughie needs encouragement to carry on whereas Junior needed bringing down a peg or two.

I don't mind watching his interviews. As pow said ,its his son at the end of the day...He knows the game, does Peter.Would be good to have a few beers with and listen to his thoughts on the game without the camera. The O'Connor bit come as a surprise though.

I dont know why the furys keep shouting robbery vs Parker.
Peter was the first to admit post fight that hughie didnt throw enough right hands. He didnt exactly say hughie lost the fight bit it was obvious he was alluding to that fact.

Gypsy blag mate. Hughie's got potential, but they need to put that down to experience and move on with regards to the Parker fight, he simply didn't throw enough. His movement is world class, its just he was moving too much and not throwing

    Ye thats correct.
i really rate hughie, my friends always raise an eyebrow when i say how much i rate him but its all in context of course. For where hes at in his career and considering his age hes developing nicely.
I dont think it serves much purpose to hughie, telling the fighter he won that fight when he didnt. I would of loved to see hughie beat parker but on the night he was a tad too negative. You could see the strategy peter had employed but hughie overplayed it. Much better to sit hughie down and tell him how it is so that he can process it and correct it for next time.

I've lost a huge amount of respect for Peter Fury - Infact, I've got no respect at all for him now.

Just watched a new interview where he nonchantly talks about c0ck fighting and reminisces about his dog fighting days.

    pathetic.

Do you have a link Samba? If that's true about the dog fighting the board needs to take the guy's license.

Got to 53:45 where he starts talking about his mates c0ck fighting and then a minute or so later he goes into detail about one of his dog fights

Cheers Samba. That was pretty disturbing, and the big oaf giggling at Fury bragging about stuff like that was embarrassing. A sadistic ******* like that shouldn't be involved in boxing.

I’m absolutely baffled as to what point he was trying to make when he went off on that tangent.....

If he ever links back up with Tyson, this sort of talk could get him in the sh!t. It is grim, but you have to remember he’s talking about a historic time 40odd years ago, when he was doing what was ‘normal’ for his community then.

Hughie 'The Skirt' Fury belonged in the Ballroom that night and not a boxing ring

No real surprise as it's part of gypsy culture.

I think we all know that Peter Fury is no saint but I do still respect him for his boxing achievements.
