I examined Pac's ACTIONS. His actions lead you to only a couple conclusions:

-- Pac never had any intentions of fighting Mayweather until he had cleaned up other guys, but could not look weak.

-- Pac is willing to fight, but not willing to drug test due to cheating.

-- Pac is completely clueless with Arum and Koncz dragging him through the mud to make money while avoiding getting him beaten by game opponents all at the expense of Mayweather.

It is fun to sound cute, but the FACTS of the situation just smack you in the mouth. Repeatedly.

Hell I would respect Pac if he said, "I will take your silly tests ONLY if you pay for ALL of it if I am clean. I want the check presented to me AFTER the fight in the ring. If you aren't willing to pay? I will only split the costs of the commission's testing."
