You already know that there is a psychological effect in Manny if his blood is drawn near the fight. There was a video to back up this claim. So Pac has a valid reason why he didn't want to be blood tested very near to the fight. He did agree to be tested right after the fight and unlimited urine test. That is more than enough.

You know damned well that EVERY non Filipino Boxing fan watches boxing hating Filipinos. Nobody ever asks Blacks or Mexicans to drug test and they NEVER serve suspensions or pay fines!

It may be "more than enough" for you, because you aren't the one going in there to fight. His lack of mental toughness is no excuse for not taking the drug tests, to me that's more insulting to Pac than saying he cheats. Essentially you're saying he's too big a ***** to get blood drawn, because he's too mentally fragile to overcome it. I'm a PBF fan, and even I wouldn't insult Pac like that, his mental toughness is not an issue for me, I have no question about his resolve.

Do you realize how silly you make Pac sound? You know that active fighters get blood drawn REGULARLY for disease checks? How long has Pac been Boxing? He isn't used to it yet?

So which is it? FMJ controls WADA/USADA? Pac is scared? Pac is physically weakened? Pac agrees to everything? Pac wasn't offered 14 days?

Around and around and around and...

On vacation because Manny "agreed to everything even testing between rounds" then was BUSTED lying again. :deal

So none of this would have happened if Pac took the tests and fought right? :think

Yup, and Floyd is a very tough guy that he decided to take a vacation instead of fighting Pac.

How can you fight someone who went on vacation?

Just sign the contract Floyd and stop hiding from Pacquiao.

How? I will tell you. When FMJ says "No test. No fight. Not negotiable." You don't LIE to the world saying you agree to everything then get EXPOSED on HBO 24 7 for doing the complete opposite.

As soon as Pac stops lying? The fight will be made. :deal

Hatton got his ass handed to him in that fight, all one has to do is turn down the volume and watch the fight. The boxing commentators ring side made it seem closer then what it really was. I'm not saying Floyd can't be beat, but I will say I've learn to never bet against him a while ago. Manny took a good amount of damage from a non boxing Margarito, which tells me that my money will definitely go on Floyd.
